Construction & Commissioning Engineers with refinery and petrochemical startup/commissioning experience. Preference should be given to candidates from the Western Region, as the work location will be Yanbu.Job Description
- * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial projects.
- Mandatory: Saudi Aramco project experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and system handover activities.
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities in compliance with project specifications, Saudi Aramco standards, quality requirements, and HSE regulations.
- Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project execution.
- Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, Vendors, and Construction teams to achieve project objectives.
- Manage Mechanical Completion, Punch List closure, System Turnover, and handover documentation.
- Execute pre-commissioning activities including flushing, pressure testing, loop checking, and functional testing.
- Lead commissioning and start-up activities for process, utility, and support systems.
- Support troubleshooting, performance testing, and final handover to Operations.
- Prepare commissioning reports, test records, and project close-out documentation.
- Experience in Saudi Aramco Brownfield and Greenfield projects, Utilities, Tank Farms, Pipelines, and Industrial Facilities is preferred.
- Familiarity with Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation systems.
