Position: Commercial Manager

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in building construction projects to lead and manage commercial operations, contract administration, cost control, and project financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial activities across building construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and commercial planning.
- Review BOQs, oversee quantity surveying, interim payment applications, and final accounts.
- Handle contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor project costs, contractual performance, and commercial risks.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
- Prepare commercial reports, cost analysis, and project settlement documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial management within the construction industry.
- Mandatory UAE building construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, BOQs, QS, variations, and claims management.
- Good understanding of UAE construction practices, subcontract agreements, and final account settlements.
- Excellent commercial negotiation, analytical, and team management skills.
