Role Description The Co-Founder role at CS Ladies is a full-time, remote position focused on building, scaling, and guiding the community’s vision and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining strategic priorities, shaping programs that support mentorship and upskilling, and overseeing initiatives that strengthen engagement among community members. The Co-Founder will collaborate on marketing and outreach, develop partnerships with organizations aligned with the mission, and help design events, content, and resources that advance women in customer success and related professions. This role involves active communication with members, facilitating safe and inclusive spaces, collecting feedback, and using insights to improve offerings. The Co-Founder will also manage key projects, coordinate with volunteers or team members, and ensure alignment with the organization’s values and long-term goals.
Qualifications
- * Strong Analytical Skills to interpret community feedback, assess program performance, and make data-informed decisions.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and inclusive community facilitation.
- Experience in Sales, particularly in building relationships, securing partnerships, and advocating for the organization’s mission.
- Proficiency in Marketing, including community-building strategies, social media outreach, and brand positioning for mission-driven organizations.
- Solid Research skills to explore best practices in community development, mentorship programs, and women’s professional advancement.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and empowerment of women and underrepresented groups.
- Background in customer success, community management, or a related field is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
