We are looking for a Civil Engineer with Dubai Municipality approval and hands-on experience in G+5/G+6 building projects to join our team in Dubai.
üîπ Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily civil and structural site activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Review drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements, HSE standards, and quality procedures.
• Prepare site reports and maintain project documentation.
• Support the project team in ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
üîπ Requirements
‚úÖ Dubai Municipality Approved Civil Engineer
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
✅ 3–5 years of UAE/GCC civil construction experience
‚úÖ Mandatory: Experience in G+5/G+6 building projects
‚úÖ Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction works
‚úÖ Good understanding of UAE construction standards and Dubai Municipality requirements
‚úÖ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
‚úÖ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
