We’re looking for a hands-on Bahraini Civil / Site Engineer to manage new-build construction, renovation, and interior fit-out projects across multiple sites.
Key responsibilities:
• Supervise daily site activities, workers, and subcontractors.
• Manage concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and tiling.
• Oversee gypsum ceilings and partitions, joinery, and finishing works.
• Read architectural and structural drawings, prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs, and plan material requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP subcontractors and consultants.
• Ensure quality, site safety, and timely project delivery.
Requirements:
• Experience in civil construction and interior fit-out execution.
• Ability to manage multiple sites independently.
• Strong planning, communication, and team management skills.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence and own car for travel between sites.
• Immediate availability preferred.
