•Proven Executive Leadership: 5+ years of technical
leadership experience
- Strong background in Software Development and Architecture, with experience designing and building scalable, secure platforms.
- Proven ability in IT Strategy and Product Development, including defining technology roadmaps.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a technology environment.
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams, with inclusive leadership.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure,
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
