Job Purpose: To handle the overall functions of accounts and Finance and to report and advise to the top management for brighter future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure proper cash flow management, bank loan monitoring, payroll/settlements/benefits, and timely processing of payables and receivables.
· Supervise the financial affairs of the organization and provide accurate financial information to support business decisions.
· Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor budget performance, analyze deviations, and advise management on financial impact.
· Support management in financial planning, strategic initiatives, and implementation of business plans.
· Develop financial strategies and manage capital requests, budgeting, working capital, loans, borrowings, and project financing.
· Oversee financial operations of subsidiaries and transaction processing systems.
· Manage key vendors and service providers to achieve better commercial terms.
· Oversee asset management and advise on optimum utilization of company assets.
· Ensure completion of financial audits and compliance with statutory requirements.
· Drive automation and improvement of financial management systems.
· Maintain effective banking relationships and ensure timely financial reporting and budget controls.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 20 years of experience.
· Chartered Accountant (CA), CA Intermediate (Inter CA), and Master of Commerce, preferably with a specialization in Accounting or Finance.
