New Opening!Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept ItAs our new Chef de Partie, you'll be joining the kitchen at an exciting time as we bring new food concepts to life at The Social Hub Amsterdam City. From Grandmother, our all-day café inspired by everyone's favourite grandmother, to The Clubhouse, the social heart of the hub serving modern classics from breakfast through to late night, you'll help create dishes that keep guests coming back for more.
You'll own your section from prep to the last ticket, making sure every plate leaves the kitchen with quality, consistency and care. Working alongside a passionate team of chefs, you'll help shape memorable food experiences while continuing to develop your own skills in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same.
In Case You Don’t Know Who We AreKnown for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.

What We Offer:
At The Social Hub, we believe pay should be fair and consistent. That's why we carefully determine your starting salary based on the role, your assessed proficiency, and our salary framework. We make our best and fairest offer upfront, so we don't negotiate salaries. Because fairness shouldn’t depend on who negotiates best.Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.
