HIRING CFD DEALER/COVERING DEALER – IMMEDIATE JOINER
Role Description The CFD Dealer will work on-site in Dubai in a full-time capacity, responsible for monitoring and executing client CFD trades across multiple asset classes, including forex, indices, commodities, and equities. Day-to-day tasks include managing order flow, ensuring timely and accurate trade execution, and maintaining appropriate risk levels in line with company policies. The role involves tracking market movements, analyzing price action, and adjusting trading parameters such as spreads, limits, and hedging strategies. The CFD Dealer will collaborate with risk management, compliance, and client support teams to address trading-related issues and maintain regulatory and internal standards. The position also includes preparing daily reports, updating trading systems, and providing market-related feedback to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of CFDs, forex, indices, commodities, and equities, with practical experience in trade execution and dealing operations.
- Sound understanding of market microstructure, risk management principles, and hedging strategies in a brokerage or trading environment.
- Proficiency with trading platforms, order management systems, and market data tools; ability to work accurately under time pressure.
- Analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret charts, economic data, and market news to support trading decisions.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and respond to trading queries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISI, CFA level, or similar) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a CFD dealer, trading, or brokerage role, preferably within a regulated financial services environment.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to work in rotating shifts that may cover key global market hours.
- Eligibility to work on-site in Dubai and familiarity with regional regulatory requirements is beneficial.
