Role OverviewThe CEO / Commercial Growth Partner will be responsible for driving the commercial and market expansion of UXBERT Labs. This role is designed for a seasoned commercial leader who has successfully scaled service-based companies, understands the dynamics of consulting and digital transformation, and can unlock high-value opportunities across government, enterprise, and global markets.
You will shape and execute the company's growth strategy, focusing on revenue acceleration, sales expansion, global positioning, and strategic partnerships, enabling UXBERT Labs to strengthen its presence in UX/CX, software development, and AI-powered digital transformation.
This is not a traditional CEO role; it is a commercial growth engine, a strategic business partner, and a market-opening leader who can elevate an already established company to the next stage of scale and commercial success.
Requirements*Commercial Growth & Revenue Leadership*
*Strategic Expansion & Global Positioning** Secure partnerships with technology providers, consulting firms, and channel partners that will accelerate UXBERT's reach * Develop long-term alliances that support UX/CX, digital transformation, and AI services * Represent the company in international conferences, forums, and government engagements
*Revenue Strategy & Enterprise Deal Structuring** Oversee high-value bids, proposal strategies, pricing frameworks, and negotiations for mega deals * Build new commercial models and explore diversification of revenue streams (training, AI products, managed services, etc.) * Strengthen sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and revenue planning
*Scaling Sales & Go-to-Market Capabilities** Build and develop a high-performing commercial and sales organization * Define go-to-market strategies for UX, CX, QA services, software development, digital transformation, and AI consulting * Introduce systems for lead generation, partner-led sales, and enterprise outbound growth
AI Commercialisation & Thought Leadership
*Executive Collaboration & Organisational Alignment** Work closely with the General Manager to ensure all commercial commitments align with operational capability * Support strategic decision-making with market insights, competitive analysis, and commercial intelligence * Collaborate with PMO, Tech, Design, Research, and AI teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery
*Financial Performance Related to Growth** Own commercial KPIs: * Revenue growth * New markets * Partnerships * Bid conversions * Pipeline scaling * Work with finance to optimize pricing, margins, and commercial structures without interfering in operational budgets
