- Support the management of a portfolio of grocery partners, ensuring strong commercial performance and partner satisfaction.
- Assist in developing and executing commercial plans for assigned partners, focusing on GMV, revenue, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with grocery partners and support regular performance discussions.
- Support commercial negotiations, including commissions, promotions, promotional investments, and visibility opportunities.
- Identify assortment expansion opportunities by monitoring product gaps, new launches, exclusive products, and customer demand.
- Coordinate and execute promotional calendars with partners to maximize sales and campaign performance.
- Support the adoption of AdTech and retail media opportunities, including sponsored products, banners, and other visibility initiatives.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, commission, assortment, pricing, and operational performance.
- Track key category and partner KPIs and provide regular performance updates and recommendations.
- Work closely with Category Managers and other team members to improve partner performance and achieve category targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Finance, and Business Intelligence teams to execute commercial initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, assortment, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the preparation of business reviews, partner reports, and performance presentations.
- Ensure promotional campaigns, pricing, assortment, and commercial agreements are implemented accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate partner and category data, trackers, and performance reports.
- Take ownership of assigned partners and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up and execution.
üßô‚Äç‚ôÇÔ∏è The Magic You Bring
- * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Category Management, Key Account Management, Commercial, Business Development, Retail, Grocery, Q-Commerce, or E-commerce.
- Experience working with retail or grocery partners is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of commercial performance metrics such as GMV, revenue, margin, commission, conversion, and sales growth.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is an advantage.
- Good understanding of pricing, assortment, promotions, and retail operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
