We are looking for an experienced Product Project Manager to join a leading financial institution in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Cards, Payments, Product Launch, and Project Management, with the ability to manage end-to-end product delivery and work closely with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product launches, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Marketing teams.
- Drive go-to-market activities and ensure successful product launches.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project reporting, and executive updates.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational readiness.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years of experience in Banking, Cards, Payments, or Financial Services.
- Strong project management experience within the financial services and payments industry.
- Good understanding of retail banking products, card issuance, and digital banking.
- Proven experience in product launches and cross-functional project delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
