The Role
As a Butler, you will provide personalized, attentive, and exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will go above and beyond to create memorable and bespoke experiences, anticipating guests' needs and delivering a seamless, luxurious service. Your role will be key in maintaining the high standards of service that Red Sea Global Hospitality is known for, and you will be responsible for a range of duties to ensure guests' comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

Guest Relations & Service Excellence
- Provide personalized service to guests, ensuring their requests are handled with the utmost care and attention.
- Anticipate and fulfill the needs of the guests by offering tailored services that enhance their stay.
- Welcome guests upon arrival, introduce them to their rooms, and ensure they are comfortable and familiar with their accommodation.
- Ensure all guests’ preferences are recorded and consistently met during their stay, including room temperature, pillows, amenities, and dining preferences.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, whether they relate to room service, transportation, or any other personalized needs.
- Offer guests recommendations for dining, activities, and local experiences, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
Personalized Service Delivery
- Provide a full range of personalized services, including packing and unpacking luggage, arranging transportation, and assisting with reservations for activities or restaurants.
- Ensure guest room amenities are replenished, and special requests are handled efficiently and discretely.
- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest preferences are followed.
- Assist guests with any personal shopping, special arrangements, or needs, and ensure these are delivered with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate special requests or events, such as private dinners or in-room celebrations, to ensure seamless execution.
Communication & Coordination
- Maintain effective communication with all departments, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Front Office, to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled efficiently.
- Update guest preference profiles and ensure all team members are aware of guest preferences and special requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries and requests.
- Anticipate guest needs by staying informed about any changes to schedules, preferences, or requirements.
Guest Experience & Satisfaction
- Ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction by exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with tact, professionalism, and efficiency, ensuring resolution and follow-up.
- Regularly check in with guests during their stay to ensure they are fully satisfied with their accommodations and services.
- Conduct special activities or surprises for guests as needed, creating memorable moments that exceed expectations.
Service and Operational Excellence
- Maintain a clean and organized butler station, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Assist with the daily preparation of guest rooms, ensuring that all amenities are stocked, and rooms are presented in pristine condition.
- Oversee the rooming and check-out process, ensuring that guests' departures are smooth and without issue.
- Work in partnership with Housekeeping to ensure room setups and turndown service are completed according to guest preferences.
Health & Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all resort and safety protocols, ensuring that service is delivered in a safe and respectful manner.
- Ensure that guest privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards when handling food and beverages for guests.
