Following our Vision Making PCBs easy, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth, strengthen customer relationships and develop new business in Skåne, Southern Sweden. This role combines hands-on sales, strategic account development and close collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality PCB solutions to demanding customers.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales across Southern Sweden by strengthening existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Build long-term customer relationships and position NCAB as a trusted partner for high-quality PCB solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline and customer portfolio, including quotations, negotiations, forecasts and KPI follow-up.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and support local sales activities.
- Work closely with Engineering, Inside Sales, Quality, Logistics and our international suppliers to deliver strong solutions for our customers.
- Contribute to sales excellence, knowledge sharing and internal projects that strengthen NCAB’s market presence.
ProfileFor this role, we are looking for a commercially strong, proactive and customer-focused sales professional who combines relationship building with a structured approach to business development
- Proven sales experience, ideally within a technical or industrial environment such as electronics, PCB or EMS
- Strong skills in solution selling, negotiation, pipeline management and forecasting.
- Self-driven, trustworthy and hands-on, with a collaborative mindset and clear communication style.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with willingness to travel within the region.
