Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Product Owner to support business and digital transformation initiatives within a collaborative Agile environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering business requirements, managing product backlogs, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
This position requires strong analytical skills, experience working with APIs and microservices, and hands-on involvement in testing and Agile delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and support teams.
- Support UAT, testing activities, and release coordination.
- Analyze and validate API-based integrations and microservices-driven solutions.
- Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Agile best practices.
Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
- Experience with testing tools such as:
- Postman
- SoapUI
- JMeter
- K6
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience with:
- Jira
- Confluence
- GitLab
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent French (mandatory).
Nice to Have
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Product Ownership or Agile certifications (PSPO, SAFe POPM, PSM, etc.).
- Experience working in support and application maintenance projects.
