Role Description The Brand Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for overseeing and elevating the brand’s presence in the local market. This role includes managing brand positioning, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent visual and verbal brand identity across all customer touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with sales and retail teams, coordinating in-store promotions, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and analyzing campaign performance to guide future initiatives. The Brand Manager will also work closely with regional and global stakeholders to adapt international brand strategies for the Doha market while maintaining brand standards.
Qualifications
- experiencer in food and beverage or chocolate industries
- Proven experience in brand management, or a related commercial role within consumer goods or retail.
- Strong skills in market analysis, campaign planning, and performance measurement, with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Doha market and familiarity with premium or luxury brands is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in retail or customer-facing environments and occasionally supporting events or promotional activities.
- Professional fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
