Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring excellent customer service. This role includes managing and scheduling staff, monitoring product quality and hygiene standards, and supervising inventory, ordering, and stock rotation. The Branch Manager will drive branch sales performance, implement promotional activities, and maintain visual merchandising and brand standards. They will also handle cash management, basic reporting, and coordination with central functions such as supply chain, marketing, and finance. A key part of the role is coaching and developing team members, resolving customer issues, and ensuring that branch operations align with Lychee’s commitment to healthy, high-quality offerings.
Qualifications
- * Experience in retail, F&B, or hospitality branch management, with strong skills in team leadership and people management.
- Operational skills in inventory control, cash handling, scheduling, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic proficiency in using POS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and data tracking.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo, including weekends or shifts as required by business operations.
- Previous experience in a healthy F&B concept or multi-branch operation is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
