We’re looking for a BCBA to join our Fayetteville, NC team in a true hybrid role that combines meaningful in-person clinical work with the flexibility of remote work.

Compensation
- Full-Time Salaried: $90,000–$110,000+
- Full-Time Hourly: $85–$100/hour
- Part-Time: $85–$100/hour
What we’re looking for
- Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Passion for providing high-quality, individualized care
