Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized billing professional to support invoice preparation, billing administration, and the accurate processing of financial transactions. This role plays an important part in maintaining reliable billing records, ensuring invoices are issued correctly, and supporting timely payments through clear documentation and effective coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing invoices in accordance with approved pricing, contractual terms, purchase orders, and internal procedures. Duties include verifying billing details, checking customer information, confirming transaction amounts, reviewing supporting documents, and ensuring that invoices are complete and accurate before they are issued. The role also involves maintaining organized billing records and updating financial systems with relevant transaction information.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring invoice status, tracking outstanding payments, responding to billing inquiries, and coordinating with customers or internal departments to resolve discrepancies. The position may require reviewing credit notes, processing billing adjustments, checking payment allocations, and supporting the reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders, delivery records, service agreements, or other relevant documentation.

Qualifications
