Monte Mar is looking for a Beach Supervisor to join our opening team at Reiki Beach, Ain Sokhna.
We’re looking for someone energetic, organized, hands-on, and passionate about delivering a high-quality beach club experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the daily beach operation and ensure the beach is fully ready before opening.
• Manage and coordinate Beach Attendants and cleaning staff.
• Ensure sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, and beach equipment are properly arranged and maintained.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall beach standards throughout the day.
• Assist guests and ensure a smooth and professional guest experience.
• Handle operational issues and guest complaints professionally and report major issues to the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with Reception, F&B, Maintenance, and Security teams.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and daily performance.
• Ensure all beach areas, changing rooms, showers, and guest facilities are maintained to the required standard.
• Support the team during weekends, peak days, and special events.
• Conduct opening and closing checks and report any maintenance or operational issues.
Requirements
• Previous experience in beach clubs, hotels, resorts, hospitality, or similar operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent guest-service attitude.
• Ability to manage a team and solve operational problems quickly.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
