Role Description The Bank Teller role at Alahly-exchange is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The Bank Teller is responsible for handling daily customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, currency exchange, and other routine banking operations. The role includes accurately processing cash, verifying transaction details, balancing cash drawers, and following internal controls and security procedures. The Bank Teller responds to customer inquiries, explains products and services, and provides clear and courteous support in person. This position requires consistent adherence to company policies, attention to detail, and collaboration with colleagues to ensure smooth branch operations.
