نبحث عن شيف مخبوزات وحلويات محترف يمتلك خبرة ممتازة وشغفًا بالمخبوزات الفرنسية والحلويات، ليتولى المسؤولية المتكاملة عن إدارة المطبخ وتنظيمه وتشغيله، ويساهم معنا في تقديم منتجات مميزة بجودة ثابتة وتجربة تستحق العودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- قيادة التشغيل اليومي للمطبخ وتنظيم سير العمل وتوزيع المهام.
- إعداد المخبوزات الفرنسية والحلويات وتطوير الوصفات والقائمة.
- وضع خطط الإنتاج وضمان ثبات الجودة والطعم وطريقة التقديم.
- إدارة فريق المطبخ وتدريبه ومتابعة أدائه.
- متابعة المخزون واحتياجات الشراء والتخزين، وضبط التكاليف وتقليل الهدر.
- تطبيق معايير النظافة وسلامة الغذاء والمحافظة على المعدات وجاهزية المطبخ.
- التنسيق مع الإدارة وفريق الخدمة لتلبية الطلب ودعم نمو المبيعات.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة عملية ممتازة في المخبوزات الفرنسية والحلويات، مع خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وتشغيل المطابخ.
- القدرة على تحمل المسؤولية الكاملة، وقيادة الفريق، والعمل بكفاءة خلال أوقات الذروة.
- الإبداع والدقة والالتزام بالجودة والتنظيم.
- الإقامة الحالية داخل السعودية، مع إقامة سارية المفعول وقابلة للنقل.
- التفرغ للعمل بدوام كامل في الرياض.

French Bakery & Coffee Shop
We’re looking for a highly experienced Bakery & Pastry Chef with a passion for French baking and pastry to take full ownership of our kitchen operations. This is an opportunity to lead the team, shape our menu, and create exceptional products that keep our guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily kitchen operations, organize workflows, and assign responsibilities.
- Prepare French baked goods and pastries, and develop recipes and menu items.
- Plan production and maintain consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
- Manage, train, and support the kitchen team.
- Oversee inventory, purchasing requirements, and storage while controlling costs and minimizing waste.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards and ensure equipment is properly cared for.
- Coordinate with management and the service team to meet demand and support sales growth.
Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on experience in French baking and pastry, with proven experience managing kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to take full responsibility for the kitchen.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards during busy periods.
- Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia and hold a valid, transferable Iqama.
- Availability for a full-time position in Riyadh.
