Role Description The Baker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hawally. The Baker is responsible for preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of baked goods, including breads and cookies, according to standardized recipes and quality specifications. Daily tasks include organizing ingredients, operating baking equipment, monitoring oven temperatures and baking times, and ensuring products meet presentation and taste standards. The Baker maintains a clean and safe work area, follows food safety and hygiene regulations, and assists with inventory management and ingredient storage.
