We are looking for a highly skilled AutoCAD Draftsman with strong experience in preparing detailed shop drawings and production drawings for joinery and furniture manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed production drawings for joinery and furniture works.

Develop accurate shop drawings based on approved designs and site measurements.

Prepare manufacturing details for kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, vanities, doors, wall cladding, counters, fixed furniture, and loose furniture.

Produce plans, elevations, sections, and enlarged construction details.

Specify dimensions, material thicknesses, finishes, hardware, and accessories.
-
Prepare cutting lists, material lists, and quantities when required.

Convert architectural and interior design drawings into practical manufacturing and installation drawings.
-
Review all measurements and details before releasing drawings for production.
-
Coordinate with the design, production, and site teams to resolve technical issues.

Revise drawings according to site conditions, client requirements, and production feedback.

Organise project files and issue approved drawings to the factory and installation teams.
Requirements:
-
Minimum of two years of relevant experience in joinery or furniture production drawings.
-
Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD.
-
Previous experience working with a joinery or furniture factory.
-
Strong understanding of manufacturing methods, installation details, and joinery connections.
-
Good knowledge of timber, MDF, veneer, laminate, paint finishes, hardware, and accessories.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
-
High attention to detail and the ability to identify technical issues before production.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-
Good English communication skills.
