Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Associate – Senior PMO Coordination to support project governance, coordination, reporting, and administrative activities across multiple projects and programs.
ResponsibilitiesThe Associate – Senior PMO Coordination is responsible for providing comprehensive project governance, coordination, reporting, and administrative support across multiple projects and programs. The role works closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure projects are executed in accordance with established methodologies, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
The incumbent is responsible for monitoring project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, resource utilization, and project performance metrics while ensuring the timely preparation of reports, dashboards, and management updates. The Senior PMO Coordinator serves as a central point of coordination, facilitating communication among stakeholders, tracking project activities, supporting decision-making processes, and driving compliance with PMO procedures.
QualificationsThe role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate project documentation, and provide proactive support to ensure successful project delivery and operational effectiveness.
Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory.
