What we are looking to hire:We are looking for an experienced Associate Director – Account Management to join our Hospitality business in Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for managing strategic hotel accounts across KSA and driving revenue growth through account expansion, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities across RateGain's product portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities
- * Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic hospitality accounts across Saudi Arabia, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates .
- Drive revenue growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities across RateGain's Distribution, Marketing, and Business Intelligence solutions .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across Revenue, Distribution, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations functions within hotel organizations .
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with customer objectives, while leading commercial discussions, solution presentations, negotiations, and deal closures .
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through effective account planning, pipeline management, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers .
- Collaborate with internal teams and represent RateGain at industry events while maintaining accurate forecasts, account plans, and incorporating market intelligence .
- Monitor account performance metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively implement action plans to maximize customer value and business growth.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new stakeholders within existing customer organizations to expand RateGain's footprint and strengthen long term strategic partnerships
Knowledge
- * Strong commercial acumen and understanding of B2B SaaS business models, enterprise account management, and revenue growth strategies .
- Familiarity with the travel, hospitality, and hotel technology ecosystem, including customer lifecycle management and strategic account planning .
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, including pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking .
- Ability to analyze account performance data, identify expansion opportunities, and develop actionable growth strategies .
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
Skills
- * 7-10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Partnerships roles within SaaS, Travel Technology, Hospitality Technology, or related industries .
- Proven experience managing and growing enterprise customer relationships, with a strong track record of achieving revenue growth through renewals, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives .
- Experience working with hotel groups, hospitality brands, OTAs, travel companies, or technology providers serving the hospitality sector is highly preferred .
- Prior exposure to the Saudi Arabian or GCC hospitality market and established industry relationships will be an added advantage .
