As a Client Services Associate, you’ll develop commercial awareness and business skills that can support a longer-term career in sales, account management, leadership or research. What you’ll do
You’ll help clients access the expertise they need, often to tight deadlines. This involves identifying and contacting industry specialists, explaining the opportunity and arranging calls with clients.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing client projects from start to finish, understanding requirements and arranging calls with suitable experts
- Calling and engaging experts across a range of industries, responding to questions and gaining their agreement to take part
- Managing several projects and client needs at once
- Building your knowledge of markets, business models and regulations
- Introducing clients to the company’s wider services, including its content library, surveys, advisory services and one-to-one calls

What we’re looking for
- German fluency, written and spoken, at C1 level or above
- Strong intellectual and analytical ability, ambition and curiosity
- Leadership or extracurricular experience
- Resilience and evidence of commitment through internships, work experience or other achievements
- Confidence speaking with new people, building rapport and responding thoughtfully in conversation
- Motivation to work towards goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
