Candidzone is seeking an experienced Architectural Inspector for a consultancy project in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural inspection experience, a relevant degree, and proven experience working within a consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct architectural inspections at the project site.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Review architectural works, materials, and workmanship.
- Identify and report quality issues and deviations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Review shop drawings and technical submissions.
- Maintain inspection records and prepare site reports.
- Ensure architectural works comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
Requirements
- BSc. in Architecture / Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven consultancy experience.
- Strong experience in architectural inspection and construction projects.
- Good knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
