Job DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Architect based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
The Architect will be responsible for the design and management of architectural projects, overseeing project execution and development stages, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities include preparing and developing detailed architectural drawings, ensuring that designs and projects comply with applicable regulations, requirements, codes, and standards, and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure that project requirements are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements Must currently reside in Al Khobar. * Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) and hold a valid professional classification. * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. * Strong experience in architectural design and planning. * Experience in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies in architectural design, concept development, architectural visualization, rendering, and improving the speed and efficiency of the design process. * Ability to integrate AI tools with architectural and design software as part of the daily project workflow. * Experience in project management, with the ability to plan, execute, coordinate, and supervise projects. * Familiarity with civil engineering and construction principles. * Proficiency in architectural design, visualization, and rendering software and tools. * Ability to work and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. * Familiarity with the Saudi Building Code (SBC)*.
