Role Description The Application Developer Senior Supervisor Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role oversees a team of application developers, guiding the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. Daily responsibilities include reviewing technical designs, supporting programming tasks, ensuring proper integration with databases and existing systems, and enforcing coding standards and best practices. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing development work, resolving technical issues, and mentoring team members to enhance performance and productivity. The Senior Supervisor Engineer is expected to contribute to architectural decisions, optimize application performance, and ensure project timelines and quality targets are met.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, including experience with application design, implementation, and maintenance.
* Candidates should possess solid Programming skills in one or more modern languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, or similar).
* Candidates should possess practical experience working with Databases, including design, queries, and performance optimization.
* Candidates should possess knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies for user interface development.
* Candidates should possess Integration skills, including experience connecting applications to external services, APIs, and enterprise systems.
* Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with several years of experience in software development and team leadership.
* Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, version control systems, code review practices, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
