Role Description The Application Developer Senior Supervisor (.NET & AI LLM) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications. This position oversees a development team, guiding the implementation of .NET-based solutions, integrating large language model (LLM) AI capabilities, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Day-to-day tasks include supervising software development lifecycles, reviewing technical designs, coordinating integration with internal and external systems, and optimizing database performance and application scalability. The role collaborates closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, supports production systems, and drives continuous improvement in application architecture and development processes. The Senior Supervisor also mentors team members, contributes to technical roadmaps, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Xceed’s security and quality frameworks.
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in software development and programming, including experience with .NET technologies and AI LLM integration.
* Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
* Experience with front-end technologies such as Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related web UI frameworks.
* Hands-on experience in integration, including APIs, web services, and connecting applications to third-party and internal systems.
* Proven ability to supervise and mentor development teams, with experience in leading projects through the full software development lifecycle.
* Background in designing secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures for enterprise environments.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with attention to code quality and performance.
