We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Analyst / Accountant to join our Finance team.
The role will support the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities across multiple entities, with responsibility for month-end close, management reporting, reconciliations, payables, receivables, intercompany accounting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities across multiple entities.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, including bank, receivables, payables and intercompany balances.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payments, collections and reconciliations.
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances.
- Prepare budget-versus-actual analysis and provide explanations for material variances.
- Assist with cash flow monitoring and financial analysis as required.
- Support external audits, including preparation of schedules and supporting documentation.
- Assist with VAT and corporate tax compliance and filings.
- Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and in accordance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls and reporting.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial information.
Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting or a similar finance role.
- Experience in a multi-entity, Group or holding company environment is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- ACCA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification in progress or completed is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, month-end close and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle or a similar platform.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and financial analysis capabilities.
- Experience with intercompany accounting and reconciliations is preferred.
- Exposure to VAT and corporate tax processes is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
