- Operational handling of primarily import air freight shipments and monitoring of all operational &financial tasks related.
- Monitoring the performance of carriers and service providers.
- Collaboration with various departments on business implementations.
- Checking KPIs and initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations.
- Communication with suppliers, airlines, and transport companies, as well as daily correspondence withour global network in English.
