We’re hiring experienced Physical AI Robotics Engineers in Stockholm.
Help shape how autonomous machines plan, coordinate and make decisions — from simulation toward controlled real-world trials.
Inside missionSTUDIO, you’ll develop missionCORTEX for swarm orchestration and missionREFLEX for low-latency local decisions. You’ll connect simulation, planning and robotics, and define the evidence required before systems move into the field.
What you’ll build
• Mixed-fleet planning, task allocation and local decision models.
• Simulation scenarios and reproducible evaluations of machine behaviour.
• Robotics interfaces connecting spatial context and edge execution.
• Measurable latency requirements, safety boundaries and failure handling.
Who we’re looking for
Experienced engineers with a strong track record in robotics, autonomous systems or real-time control software. You bring hands-on Python or C++ expertise, practical systems integration skills, and experience in planning, perception, simulation or fleet orchestration.
You know how to turn uncertain model behaviour into measurable tests and clear operating limits.
Experience with ROS 2, NVIDIA Isaac, Cosmos, multi-agent planning, humanoids, AMRs, industrial robot fleets or edge inference is a plus.
Why join?
Own meaningful engineering decisions. Shape the Physical AI architecture and evaluation strategy, with a clear path from simulated scenarios toward controlled field trials.
Requirements
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish.
• Category B driving licence.
• Swedish citizenship.
• Ability to undergo and pass security vetting for work involving critical industrial infrastructure.
