Role Description The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role oversees the accounts receivable function, including monitoring customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and resolving billing or payment discrepancies. The supervisor will review and reconcile customer statements, approve adjustments, and maintain accurate financial records. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with finance and sales teams, preparing reports on receivables performance, and supporting audits and compliance requirements. The role also involves guiding and mentoring team members, standardizing processes, and helping implement best practices to improve cash flow and reduce overdue accounts.
Qualifications
- * Strong Finance and Accounting skills, with experience managing accounts receivable processes.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation to ensure accurate customer balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Auditing knowledge and experience supporting internal or external audits related to receivables.
- Experience using accounting or ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, including supervising or coaching finance team members.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
- Experience in a similar supervisory or senior accounts receivable role is preferred.
