We’re looking for a woman Accountant with a background in HR to manage the company’s financial, HR, payroll, and administrative functions.
- Key Responsibilities:Manage accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, AP/AR and cash flow
- Handle UAE VAT and financial compliance
- Manage QuickBooks and monthly financial reports
- Process payroll and WPS
- Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding and offboarding
- Manage employee performance, leave, attendance and employee relations
- Oversee visas, insurance, contracts and employee records
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
- Manage people and support day-to-day business operations

Liaise with auditors, banks, PROs, suppliers and government authorities

Requirements:5+ years of relevant UAE experience
- Strong accounting background
- Experience with VAT, WPS and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Recruitment and people-management experience
