Accountant – Full Cycle Accounting
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Impact Arabia is looking for a practical and reliable Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the company’s financial operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on accounting experience, good knowledge of the Saudi accounting environment, and the ability to work closely with management, suppliers, customers, and operations.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle accounting and daily journal entries
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Follow up customer collections and supplier balances
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly closing and financial reports
- Assist in preparing Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports
- Handle VAT, ZATCA requirements, and e-invoicing compliance
- Manage inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and COGS
- Monitor expenses, petty cash, advances, and accruals
- Prepare customer and supplier account reconciliations
- Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and management reporting
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams
- Support external auditors and year-end closing
- Maintain accurate accounting records in ERP/accounting systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Approximately 4–8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
- Strong knowledge of Saudi VAT and ZATCA requirements
- Good experience in inventory, AP, AR, and general ledger accounting
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with ERP/accounting software
- Good English communication skills
- Stable employment history is highly preferred
- Transferable Iqama and candidates available to join soon are preferred
Preferred
- Experience in trading, building materials, distribution, contracting, or manufacturing
- Experience with Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar ERP systems
- Exposure to internal controls and audit support
Salary Package
SAR 4,500 – 6,500 per month, depending on experience and capability.
