Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Markaz Berket El Sabaa. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts in the oil field services and rental tools sector. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular contact with clients, understanding their operational needs, preparing quotations and proposals, and coordinating service delivery with operations and logistics teams. The Account Manager tracks contract performance, monitors service quality, and resolves issues to ensure high customer satisfaction. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, supporting negotiations, preparing reports on account activity, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue and service objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, or sales within industrial or oil and gas services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term client partnerships.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements, interpret data, and propose suitable service solutions.
- Basic understanding of oil field operations, rental tools, or related technical services (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) and CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical business practices, with the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
