Ready to use your solution-selling expertise to help a technology company change the future of work? Cisco, the largest networking and cybersecurity company in the world, built the hardware that enabled the internet. Today, we are using our market leadership to connect, secure, and automate smart buildings and hybrid work. The office is a strategic asset to attract and retain the best talent, accelerate a company's net-zero goals, and optimize their real estate — and we need people like you in one of the fastest-growing areas where technology meets the built environment.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE CISCOWe change the world. You will become passionate about your employer and the brand you represent. Everything is converging on the Internet, making networked connections more significant than ever before in our lives. Our people build groundbreaking ideas that impact everything; here, that means we take creative ideas from the drawing board to dynamic solutions that have real-world impact. You'll be part of a team that cares about its partners, enjoys having fun, and you'll take part in changing the lives of those in our local communities. Come prepared to be encouraged and inspired.
What You'll DoThis is not a startup bet — it's a proven motion. You will join a global Workplace Experience business that has grown 50%+ year over year for 13 consecutive quarters, with EMEA delivering a record +70% — and you will own a quota across Central and Northern Europe — the heart of the region driving that record growth. As a quota-carrying Workplace Experience seller, you will build and manage your own pipeline in Salesforce, forecast with accuracy, and close cross-architecture deals that combine collaboration devices, occupancy and IoT sensing, and PoE/energy networking into one converged outcome. You will sell to Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace, and Sustainability leaders — winning IT from a position of strength — and work upstream with the advisors, design firms, and standards bodies that shape requirements before the RFP exists. You will run a repeatable playbook proven around the world, and contribute your own wins back to it.
Who You'll Work WithWe have built a dynamic and fun atmosphere to deliver your value to our customers, partners, and Cisco. We work hard, play hard, and have fun doing it! We take pride in our work, and our collective success depends on teamwork — internally and externally. Selling in a matrixed environment requires a customer-first approach while establishing an outcome where everybody wins. You will be part of a global community of hyper-specialists where sharing best practices is not optional and the best idea wins, no matter whose it is. Passion, integrity, trust, leadership, discipline, and execution are our values.
