Senior Photographer / Lead Photographer – Full-Time
We are a new photography company in Doha, currently in the setup and preparation stage, and we are looking for a highly experienced and professional Lead Photographer to join our team from the beginning and grow with the company.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in men’s weddings in Doha/Qatar, with excellent knowledge of wedding photography, events, portraits, lighting, posing, and professional camera equipment.
This is not just a photography position. The selected candidate will be the main photographer and a key person within the company, responsible for maintaining our photography standards, managing the photography workflow, and leading and coordinating the photographers and videographers working alongside him.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the company’s Lead Photographer for weddings, events, and private bookings.
Take primary responsibility for men’s wedding photography.
Lead and coordinate other photographers and videographers during bookings and events.
Maintain a consistent and professional photography style across all projects.
Ensure the highest quality standards for every client and booking.
Direct clients and subjects confidently with professional posing and composition.
Handle professional cameras, lenses, lighting, flash systems, and other photography equipment.
Manage the photography workflow before, during, and after each event.
Assist in organizing and managing the photography team, including preparation, scheduling, and quality control.
Work closely with management to develop the company’s visual identity, photography style, and quality standards.
Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients, guests, and event organizers.
Requirements:
Candidates of Arab nationality are required for this position.
Strong professional experience in men’s weddings and event photography in Doha/Qatar.
A strong and professional portfolio is required.
Excellent knowledge of photography, lighting, composition, posing, and professional equipment.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Must be professional, reliable, organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
Must have a valid QID and be under sponsorship in Qatar.
Must be available for a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary.
Must be flexible to work during weddings and events, including evenings and weekends when required.
