Core Responsibilities:-
Supervise all daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, issuing, return handling, transfer release, and count preparation.
Validate stock accuracy, open movements, near-expiry exposure, and storage capacity to support hospital replenishment reviews.
Control receiving closure by checking quantities, batches, expiry dates, condition, documents, inspection requirements, and system posting status.
Physically block and segregate damaged, expired, rejected, non-conforming, recalled, or unapproved stock.
Review abnormal issues, urgent requests, high-value movements, and sensitive-stock movements before physical release.
Plan and supervise daily, weekly, monthly, and random stock counts and ensure count sheets, reconciliation files, and discrepancy investigations are complete.
Lead investigation of inventory discrepancies, wrong-item receipts, under-receiving, negative balances, wrong-location stock, temperature breaches, and blocked-stock cases.
Maintain daily warehouse dashboard covering receipts, issues, transfers, blocked stock, mismatches, count variances, near-expiry stock, temperature excursions, and open actions.
Supervise, coach, and assess storekeepers and assistant storekeepers.
