About the Role
OPPEIN Baghdad is seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, imported shipments, transportation, and project deliveries.
The successful candidate will ensure that kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom units, doors, furniture, accessories, appliances, and installation materials are received, stored, and delivered accurately, safely, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse, inventory, logistics, and delivery operations.
Use Odoo to manage receipts, stock transfers, inventory adjustments, purchase records, delivery orders, and reports.
Coordinate imported shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs-clearance agents, and transportation companies.
Verify received products against purchase orders, packing lists, and shipping documents.
Ensure every project order is complete before dispatch, including cabinets, panels, hardware, accessories, appliances, and installation materials.
Organize inventory by project, product category, item code, and delivery schedule.
Conduct regular stock counts and investigate shortages, damaged products, incorrect items, and inventory differences.
Ensure furniture and cabinetry products are safely stored, handled, loaded, and transported.
Coordinate delivery schedules with the sales, design, project-management, finance, and installation teams.
Supervise warehouse employees, drivers, helpers, and third-party logistics providers.
Monitor inventory accuracy, delivery performance, warehouse productivity, damage rates, and logistics costs.
Prepare weekly and monthly logistics and inventory reports.
Establish warehouse procedures, safety standards, and quality-control processes.
Improve warehouse space utilization and overall operational efficiency.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply-chain operations.
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
Previous experience with a recognized furniture, kitchen, cabinetry, interior-design, or home-furnishing company is required.
Strong practical experience using Odoo, especially its Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Delivery functions.
Good written and spoken English.
Fluency in Arabic.
Experience handling imported products and international shipments is preferred.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse organization, delivery planning, and furniture-handling procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
A bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply-chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Location Requirement
Only candidates who currently in Baghdad will be considered. The position does not provide relocation assistance.

Familiar with Baghdad’s roads, delivery routes, and local logistics providers.
Experienced in project-based deliveries and coordinating with furniture-installation teams.
