Check regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Process bills and payments accurately when required.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, promotions, and daily specials.
Follow food safety, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and preparation duties.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen, bar, hostess, and management teams.
Upsell menu items and beverages when appropriate.
Maintain a professional appearance and follow uniform and grooming standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
