- * Payroll Data Analysis & Shared Services Support
- Review employee master data and payroll inputs to identify discrepancies, missing information, or anomalies.
- Prepare regular payroll reports, data analysis, reconciliations, and management reports.
- Maintain accurate payroll trackers and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Payroll Processing for Assigned Entities
- Support and/or independently perform payroll activities for smaller entities, depending on complexity and volume.
- Collect and validate monthly payroll inputs including new joiners, leavers, salary changes, allowances, deductions, absences, and other employee movements.
- Coordinate with local HR, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to ensure payroll inputs are complete and accurate.
- Perform payroll checks and reconciliations before finalization.
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure appropriate confidentiality of payroll information.
- Ensure payroll activities are completed within agreed timelines and service levels.
- HR Administration
- Handle day to day HR administrative activities for employees across assigned entities.
- Prepare employment and HR related certificates and letters.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is complete and up to date.
- Respond to employee and HR stakeholder requests and ensure timely follow up.
- Workday & HR Systems Data Maintenance
- Maintain employee master data, updates, and maintenance in accordance with defined processes.
- Validate and cleanse HR data prior to system migration or upload.
- Identify data inconsistencies and coordinate with relevant HR stakeholders to resolve them.
- Reporting & Data Management
- Develop and maintain HR and payroll reports using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring attention.
- Support the development of standardized reports and dashboards for the HR Shared Services function.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, HR administration, HR operations, or a similar role.
- Previous exposure to payroll processes or HR shared services is an advantage.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
