Thomsun Music Institute is looking for a passionate and experienced Vocal Teacher to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong vocal skills, a genuine passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire students of different ages and skill levels.
Responsibilites:
- Conduct one-to-one and group vocal lessons for children, teenagers, and adults.
- Develop lesson plans based on students’ abilities, goals, and learning pace.
- Teach vocal techniques, including breathing, pitch, tone, diction, and vocal control.
- Introduce students to different musical styles and repertoire.
- Prepare students for Trinity, ABRSM, and other recognized music examinations.
- Prepare students for recitals, concerts, competitions, and performances.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Help students develop confidence, stage presence, and musicality.
- Collaborate with other teachers and the Institute team for events and performances.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and welcoming learning environment.
Requirements:
- Degree, diploma, or recognized qualification in Music, Vocal Performance, Music Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of vocal teaching experience in a music school, academy, studio, or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of vocal techniques and music theory.
- Experience preparing students for Trinity, ABRSM, LCM, or similar examinations is an advantage.
- Ability to teach students from beginner to advanced levels.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, creative, and student-focused teaching approach.
- Basic piano/keyboard skills are an added advantage.
- Comfortable participating in performances and Institute events.
