Role OverviewLala Chicken is seeking an experienced Cashier & Operator to oversee front-desk transactions, order intake, and counter workflow at our Achrafieh branch. This role ensures fast, accurate order fulfillment for both dine-in/takeout guests and third-party delivery dispatchers.
Key Responsibilities
- * Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process cash, credit card, and digital platform orders.
- Maintain accurate billing, receipt issuance, and cash register balance at shift end.
- Communicate special customer orders and dietary preferences clearly to the kitchen team.
- Ensure the counter area remains sanitized, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Resolve basic customer queries quickly and professionally.
Qualifications Experience: Previous hands-on experience in retail cashiering, customer service, or restaurant operations is required.
* Location: Local residency in Achrafieh (or immediate vicinity) is preferred.
* Skills:* Strong punctuality, basic math skills, and stress resilience during high-volume shifts.
