Proviq Business Services is growing, and we're looking for a Visa Consultant to join our team.
Role: Visa Consultant
Experience: Minimum 1 year in visa or immigration consulting
Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English (written and spoken)
Our services:
• European Work & Visit Visas
• USA Visit Visa
• Visit Visas for all countries
Responsibilities:
• Guide clients on visa options, eligibility and documentation
• Review and prepare visa applications
• Handle client enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email
• Follow up on application status and keep clients updated
• Maintain accurate records and meet targets
Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in a visa or immigration consultancy
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Knowledge of Schengen/European and USA visa processes
• Female candidates preferred
• Candidates from the Indian subcontinent (India, Nepal, Bangladesh) are welcome to apply
