We are looking for a motivated Travel & Tourism Officer to join our team in Erbil.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering is required.
Good computer and technology skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to learn travel reservation, visa, airline, and tourism systems.
Fully command of English, Arabic and/or Kurdish.
Ability to work with online platforms, websites, CRM systems, and digital tools.
Previous experience in a travel agency is preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsible, organized, and able to work as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
Handling customer travel and visa requests.
Flight and hotel reservations.
Preparing visa applications and travel documents.
Communicating with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and clients.
Working with travel reservation systems and online platforms.
Supporting the company’s digital systems, website, CRM, automation, and AI-related projects when required.
