Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Cairo. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling video content for marketing, product demos, training materials, social media, and internal communications. Daily tasks include cutting and sequencing footage, applying transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, and ensuring visual consistency with Brightaira’s brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with creative, marketing, and product teams to understand project objectives, refine storylines, and deliver engaging video assets on schedule. The Video Editor will also contribute to ideation, maintain organized project files, and optimize video formats for various digital channels.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 Years' Experience
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating polished, narrative-driven video content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across projects.
- Ability to create Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling, branding, and explainer content.
- Hands-on experience with professional video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
- Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings for web, social media, and presentation use.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects with clear deadlines.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education or training in film, media production, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio showcasing recent video work is required.
