Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Video Editor to join our content team in Amman. The role combines video editing, 3D design and animation, motion graphics, visual effects, AI-generated content, and immersive media production.
Key Responsibilities:
3D Design & Animation
- Build and develop 3D scenes, environments, and assets from scratch for simulations, immersive experiences, and custom client projects.
- Conceptualize, model, texture, light, animate, and render 3D assets using Blender, Cinema 4D, or other 3D software.
- Create high-quality 3D animations, visual effects, and motion graphics for immersive experiences, product showcases, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Design and produce 3D and motion graphics content for projection mapping projects.
- Optimize 3D assets and visual content for mobile, web, VR, AR, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure visual consistency, technical quality, and performance across different output formats and platforms.
Video Editing & Motion Graphics
- Edit and produce high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Create compelling motion graphics, animations, compositing, transitions, and visual effects.
- Produce videos and visual assets for client presentations, pitches, campaigns, social media, and digital experiences.
- Apply strong principles of composition, lighting, pacing, typography, storytelling, and visual hierarchy.
- Manage projects from concept and storyboard through production, editing, rendering, and final delivery.
AI-Generated Content
- Incorporate generative AI tools into the creative and production workflow to accelerate ideation and content creation.
- Generate and iterate AI images, videos, voiceovers, and other visual assets based on creative briefs.
- Develop effective prompts and refine AI-generated outputs to achieve the desired creative direction.
- Identify and correct common AI artifacts, inconsistencies, and visual quality issues.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools, workflows, and technologies relevant to video, 3D, and content production.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Kling, ImagineArt, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs is a plus.
Immersive & 360° Content
- Create and adapt content for 360°, VR, AR, and other immersive experiences.
- Understand 2:1 equirectangular formats, seamless 360° environments, and projection correction.
- Prepare and optimize content for high-resolution immersive workflows, including 8K, where required.
- Support the development of immersive visual experiences for clients and internal projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Film, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in video editing, 3D design, motion graphics, animation, or digital content production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, compositing, VFX, animation, and rendering.
- Experience with Blender, Cinema 4D, or another 3D software.
- Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, color, pacing, and storytelling.
- Experience creating and editing content for multiple platforms and formats.
- Comfortable incorporating generative AI into the creative production process.
- Hands-on experience generating and refining AI images, videos, and visual assets.
- Strong prompting and creative iteration skills.
- Ability to identify and correct AI-generated artifacts and inconsistencies.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Kling, ImagineArt, Firefly, HeyGen, and ElevenLabs is a plus.
- Experience with 360°, VR, AR, or immersive video is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of 2:1 equirectangular content and seamless 360° environments.
- Knowledge of projection mapping and projection correction is a plus.
- Experience working with high-resolution / 8K immersive content is a plus.
